Application: Tuner & Metronome (package com.kont.tuner)

This policy explains what data the Tuner & Metronome application handles. It is written to match the actual behaviour of the app, not a generic template.
The tuner needs microphone access to hear your instrument and find its pitch. No audio is ever recorded, saved to a file, or transmitted anywhere.
Each short block of audio is read into memory, converted into a single number (the pitch in hertz) and immediately discarded. Speech and any other sound are never stored, analysed for content, or sent off the device.
The microphone is opened only while the Tuner tab is on screen. When you switch to the metronome, leave the app or the screen turns off, the microphone is released. The metronome does not use the microphone and works without this permission.
When you start the metronome, it keeps playing while the screen is locked or you use another app. To do this, Android requires a foreground service of type "media playback" and shows a notification with a Stop button. This service only plays the click sound; it never uses the microphone and collects no data. On Android 13 and later the app asks once for permission to show that notification; the metronome works even if you refuse.
None. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no servers and no analytics belonging to the developer. Nothing you do in the app is sent to the developer.
The app stores in its own private storage: your settings (note names, reference pitch), your selected instrument and tuning, custom tunings you create, metronome settings, saved songs, and a practice log (how many seconds the metronome played on each day). This data never leaves your device except through Android's own backup, if you have enabled it for your Google account. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
An optional one-time "Pro" purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. The developer never sees your payment details. The app only asks Google Play whether the purchase exists, so that Pro can be restored on your devices.
The free version shows a banner advertisement supplied by Google AdMob. To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
This processing is carried out by Google under its own terms. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy. Microphone audio is never shared with advertising partners. Pro users see no ads.
If you are in a region where consent is required, the app shows a Google-certified consent screen (Google User Messaging Platform) the first time it runs. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices. If consent is not given, the app still works in full.
You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (menu names vary by manufacturer).
The app does not access your camera, location, contacts, photos, files, SMS or call history.
The app is a general-purpose music tool and is not directed at children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect any data from children. Ads are limited to content suitable for a general audience.
Because the developer holds no data about you, there is nothing to request deletion of. To remove everything the app stored on your device, uninstall it or use Settings → Apps → Tuner & Metronome → Storage → Clear data.

Akort özelliği, çalgınızı duyup perdesini bulmak için mikrofona ihtiyaç duyar. Hiçbir ses kaydedilmez, dosyaya yazılmaz veya hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
Okunan her kısa ses bloğu bellekte tek bir sayıya (hertz cinsinden perde) çevrilir ve hemen atılır. Konuşma veya başka herhangi bir ses saklanmaz, içerik olarak analiz edilmez ve cihazdan dışarı çıkmaz.
Mikrofon yalnızca Akort sekmesi ekrandayken açılır. Metronoma geçtiğinizde, uygulamadan çıktığınızda veya ekran kapandığında mikrofon bırakılır. Metronom mikrofon kullanmaz ve bu izin olmadan da çalışır.
Metronomu başlattığınızda ekran kilitliyken veya başka bir uygulamayı kullanırken de çalmaya devam eder. Android bunun için "medya oynatma" türünde bir ön plan hizmeti ister ve Durdur düğmeli bir bildirim gösterir. Bu hizmet yalnızca tık sesini çalar; mikrofon kullanmaz ve veri toplamaz. Android 13 ve sonrasında uygulama bu bildirim için bir kez izin ister; izin vermeseniz de metronom çalışır.
Hiçbiri. Uygulamada hesap, giriş, sunucu veya geliştiriciye ait analitik bulunmaz. Uygulamada yaptığınız hiçbir şey geliştiriciye gönderilmez.
Uygulama kendi özel alanında şunları saklar: ayarlarınız (nota adları, referans perde), seçtiğiniz çalgı ve akort, oluşturduğunuz özel akortlar, metronom ayarları, kaydettiğiniz şarkılar ve çalışma günlüğü (her gün metronomun kaç saniye çaldığı). Bu veriler, Google hesabınız için açtıysanız Android'in kendi yedeklemesi dışında cihazınızdan çıkmaz; uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda veya verilerini temizlediğinizde silinir.
İsteğe bağlı tek seferlik "Pro" satın alması tamamen Google Play tarafından işlenir. Geliştirici ödeme bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmez. Uygulama yalnızca Pro'nun cihazlarınızda geri yüklenebilmesi için satın almanın var olup olmadığını Google Play'e sorar.

Reklam kimliğinizi istediğiniz zaman sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz: Android Ayarları → Gizlilik → Reklamlar (menü adları üreticiye göre değişebilir).
Uygulama kameranıza, konumunuza, kişilerinize, fotoğraflarınıza, dosyalarınıza, SMS veya arama geçmişinize erişmez.
Uygulama genel amaçlı bir müzik aracıdır ve 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Geliştirici bilerek çocuklardan hiçbir veri toplamaz. Reklamlar genel izleyiciye uygun içerikle sınırlıdır.
Geliştirici sizinle ilgili hiçbir veri tutmadığı için silinmesini isteyebileceğiniz bir veri yoktur. Uygulamanın cihazınızda sakladığı her şeyi silmek için uygulamayı kaldırın veya Ayarlar → Uygulamalar → Akort & Metronom → Depolama → Verileri temizle yolunu kullanın.
