Application: Phone Test (package com.kont.phonetest)

This policy explains what data the Phone Test application handles. It is written to match the actual behaviour of the app, not a generic template.

1. Summary

The app tests your phone's hardware on the phone itself and can create a PDF report. Nothing is uploaded: there is no account, no server and no analytics belonging to the developer. Each permission is requested only when you start the test that needs it, and every test can be skipped. The app does not read your IMEI, phone number, contacts or files.

2. Data the developer collects

None. Test results, the checklist, your note and the PDF report are never sent to the developer.

3. Data stored on your device

The app stores in its own private storage: the results of the current test session (for example "working" and a measured value such as a satellite count), the checklist you tick, the note you type, and settings. The PDF report and the photo taken in the camera test are kept only in the app's temporary cache and are replaced by the next test. Everything is deleted when you start a new test, uninstall the app or clear its data. Test results and your note may be included in Android's own backup if you have enabled it for your Google account.

A PDF report leaves your phone only if you share it yourself through the Android share menu, to the app and person you choose.

4. What each test uses

Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO) — asked only in the microphone test. A 3-second recording is kept in memory, played back to you once and then discarded. It is never saved to a file or sent anywhere.
Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) — asked only in the GPS test, to count visible satellites. Your position is not shown, stored or sent, and location is never used in the background.
Camera — the app has no camera permission. The camera test opens your phone's own camera app; the photo you take is shown to you and kept only in the app's temporary cache.
Biometrics (USE_BIOMETRIC) — the system fingerprint/face window is used. The app only learns whether verification succeeded; it never receives fingerprint or face data.
NFC — detects that a contactless card is near. The card's contents are not read or stored.
Bluetooth (BLUETOOTH, Android 11 and older), Wi-Fi and network state — only to see whether Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is on and connected. The app does not scan for or connect to other devices.
Vibration, audio settings (MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS) — for the vibration and earpiece tests.
The SIM test reads only whether a SIM card is ready and the operator name, which need no permission. Your phone number and IMEI are not read.
Internet access, network state, advertising ID and Android Ad Services permissions are declared by the Google Mobile Ads SDK; billing permission by Google Play Billing.

The app does not access your contacts, photos, files, SMS, call history or list of installed apps.

5. IMEI check

Android does not let apps read the IMEI. The "Show IMEI" button opens your phone dialer with *#06#; the "Check registration" button opens the public e-Devlet IMEI query page in your browser. The app never sees or stores your IMEI.

6. Purchases

An optional one-time "Pro" purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. The developer never sees your payment details. The app only asks Google Play whether the purchase exists, so that Pro can be restored on your devices.

7. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version shows one banner advertisement from Google AdMob on the main screen only. No ads are shown during the tests, and there are no full-screen or opening ads. You may choose to watch one rewarded video to create a report without the app note; it is never required. To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:

advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID) and other device identifiers,
approximate location derived from your IP address,
device information (model, operating system, language, screen size),
ad interaction data (whether an ad was shown, viewed or clicked).

This processing is carried out by Google under its own terms. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy. Pro users see no ads.

Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are in a region where consent is required, the app shows a Google-certified consent screen (Google User Messaging Platform) the first time it runs. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices. If consent is not given, the app still works in full.

8. About the report

The report is created by the person who runs the tests on the tested phone. Its report code is a consistency code, not a certificate. Battery capacity is shown as an estimate because Android does not give apps the exact battery health.

9. Children

The app is a general-audience tool and is not directed at children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect any data from children.

10. Data deletion

Because the developer holds no data about you, there is nothing to request deletion of. To remove everything the app stored, tap Start a new test, uninstall the app, or use Settings → Apps → Phone Test → Storage → Clear data.

1. Özet

2. Geliştiricinin topladığı veriler

3. Cihazınızda saklanan veriler

Uygulama kendi özel alanında şunları saklar: mevcut test oturumunun sonuçları (ör. "çalışıyor" ve uydu sayısı gibi ölçülen bir değer), işaretlediğiniz kontrol listesi, yazdığınız not ve ayarlar. PDF rapor telefonunuzdan yalnızca siz paylaşırsanız, Android paylaşım menüsünde seçtiğiniz uygulama ve kişiye gider.

4. Testlerin kullandıkları

Mikrofon (RECORD_AUDIO) — yalnızca mikrofon testinde istenir. 3 saniyelik kayıt bellekte tutulur, size bir kez dinletilir ve atılır. Dosyaya kaydedilmez, hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
Konum (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) — yalnızca GPS testinde, görünen uyduları saymak için istenir. Konumunuz gösterilmez, saklanmaz, gönderilmez; arka planda konum kullanılmaz.
Kamera — uygulamanın kamera izni yoktur. Kamera testi telefonunuzun kendi kamera uygulamasını açar; çektiğiniz fotoğraf size gösterilir ve yalnızca uygulamanın geçici önbelleğinde tutulur.
Biyometri (USE_BIOMETRIC) — sistemin parmak izi/yüz penceresi kullanılır. Uygulama yalnızca doğrulamanın başarılı olup olmadığını öğrenir; parmak izi veya yüz verisi almaz.
NFC — temassız bir kartın yaklaştığını algılar. Kartın içeriği okunmaz, saklanmaz.
Bluetooth (BLUETOOTH, Android 11 ve öncesi), Wi-Fi ve ağ durumu — yalnızca Bluetooth veya Wi-Fi'ın açık ve bağlı olup olmadığını görmek için. Uygulama başka cihazları taramaz, bağlanmaz.
Titreşim, ses ayarları (MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS) — titreşim ve ahize testleri için.
SIM testi yalnızca SIM kartın hazır olup olmadığını ve operatör adını okur; bunlar izin gerektirmez. Telefon numaranız ve IMEI okunmaz.
İnternet erişimi, ağ durumu, reklam kimliği ve Android Ad Services izinleri Google Mobile Ads SDK'sı, satın alma izni Google Play Billing tarafından bildirilir.

Uygulama kişilerinize, fotoğraflarınıza, dosyalarınıza, SMS veya arama geçmişinize ve yüklü uygulamalar listesine erişmez.

5. IMEI sorgulama

Android, uygulamaların IMEI okumasına izin vermez. "IMEI göster" düğmesi telefonunuzun tuş takımını *#06# ile açar; "Kaydı sorgula" düğmesi tarayıcınızda herkese açık e-Devlet IMEI sorgulama sayfasını açar. Uygulama IMEI'nizi hiçbir zaman görmez ve saklamaz.

6. Satın almalar

İsteğe bağlı tek seferlik "Pro" satın alması tamamen Google Play tarafından işlenir. Geliştirici ödeme bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmez. Uygulama yalnızca Pro'nun cihazlarınızda geri yüklenebilmesi için satın almanın var olup olmadığını Google Play'e sorar.

7. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Ücretsiz sürüm, Google AdMob'dan bir banner reklamı yalnızca ana ekranda gösterir. Testler sırasında reklam gösterilmez; tam ekran veya açılış reklamı yoktur. Raporu uygulama notu olmadan oluşturmak için isteğe bağlı olarak tek bir ödüllü video izleyebilirsiniz; zorunlu değildir. Reklam sunmak için Google Mobile Ads SDK'sı şunları işleyebilir:

reklam kimliği (Android Advertising ID) ve diğer cihaz tanımlayıcıları,
IP adresinden türetilen yaklaşık konum,
cihaz bilgileri (model, işletim sistemi, dil, ekran boyutu),
reklam etkileşim verileri (gösterim, görüntüleme, tıklama).

Bu işleme Google tarafından kendi koşulları kapsamında yapılır: Google'ın, hizmetlerini kullanan uygulamalardan gelen bilgileri nasıl kullandığı ve Google Gizlilik Politikası. Pro kullanıcılar reklam görmez.

AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de onay

Onayın gerekli olduğu bir bölgedeyseniz uygulama ilk açılışta Google onaylı bir izin ekranı gösterir. Seçiminizi istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. Onay vermeseniz de uygulama tam olarak çalışır.

8. Rapor hakkında

Rapor, test edilen telefonda testleri yapan kişi tarafından oluşturulur. Rapor kodu bir tutarlılık kodudur, sertifika değildir. Android uygulamalara kesin pil sağlığını vermediği için pil kapasitesi tahmin olarak gösterilir.

9. Çocuklar

Uygulama genel izleyiciye yönelik bir araçtır ve 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Geliştirici bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.

10. Verilerin silinmesi

Geliştirici sizinle ilgili hiçbir veri tutmadığı için silinmesini isteyebileceğiniz bir veri yoktur. Her şeyi silmek için Yeni test başlat'a dokunun, uygulamayı kaldırın veya Ayarlar → Uygulamalar → Telefon Testi → Depolama → Verileri temizle yolunu kullanın.
