Application: PDF Tools (package com.kont.pdftools)

This policy explains what data the PDF Tools application handles. It is written to match the actual behaviour of the app, not a generic template.
None. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no servers and no analytics belonging to the developer. Nothing you do in the app is sent to the developer.
This is the most important section of this policy, so it is stated plainly:
Your PDF files and images are never uploaded anywhere. Every operation — merging, splitting, editing pages, compressing, creating PDFs from images, reading, searching inside a document, extracting text, signing, adding or removing a password, and watermarking — is performed entirely on your device.
The developer never receives your files, their contents, their names, or any information about them.
The app requests no storage permission. Files are opened through Android's own document picker (the Storage Access Framework), which means the app can only ever see the specific file or files you choose to hand it. It cannot browse your storage, and it cannot open anything you did not select.
While an operation is running, the app writes temporary working copies into its own private cache directory on your device. These are removed by the app, and are in any case deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data from Android Settings. They are never transmitted.
When you extract text from a scanned page, the app uses Google ML Kit text recognition. The recognition model is bundled inside the app rather than downloaded, and it runs on your device. Page images are not sent to Google or to anyone else for recognition.
The scan feature uses the Google ML Kit document scanner, which is provided by Google Play services. The camera screen you see while scanning belongs to Google Play services, not to this app; the app itself has no camera permission and never accesses the camera. Google Play services may download the scanner module the first time you use it. Scanning and page processing happen on your device, and the app only receives the finished PDF, which you then save wherever you choose. As with all Google Play services components, Google may collect basic diagnostic and usage information under its own terms (see the Google Privacy Policy); your scanned pages are not sent to the developer.
The app stores the following small values locally, in its own private storage:
These never leave your device. They are deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data from Android Settings.
The free version of the app shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob: a banner on the home screen, an occasional full-screen advertisement after an operation has finished, and an optional rewarded video that you may choose to watch to unlock a Pro tool once. To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:

Advertising requires an internet connection. The PDF work itself does not, and continues to function with no connection at all.
If you purchase Pro, advertising is switched off completely.
If you are in a region where consent is required, the app shows a Google-certified consent screen (Google User Messaging Platform) the first time it runs. You can accept or refuse personalised advertising there. If consent is not given, the app still works in full; only the advertising behaviour changes.
You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (menu names vary by manufacturer).
Pro is a single one-time purchase. The purchase is handled entirely by Google Play. The developer never sees your payment details — no card number, no billing address, no name. The app only asks Google Play whether this Google account owns the product, and stores the yes/no answer on your device so that Pro continues to work offline.
Google's handling of the transaction is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
The app itself requests no sensitive permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, SMS or call history, and it does not request storage permission. (The document scanner's camera is run by Google Play services, as described in section 2.)
The following permissions appear in the app's manifest. The billing permission is required to offer the one-time purchase; the rest are declared by the Google Mobile Ads SDK: internet access, network state, advertising ID and Android Ad Services permissions, wake lock and foreground service (declared by the SDK's internal scheduling library). None of them are used by the PDF features.
The app is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect any data from children.
Because the developer holds no data about you, there is nothing to request deletion of. To remove everything the app stored on your device, uninstall the app or use Settings → Apps → PDF Tools → Storage → Clear data. Files you saved yourself stay where you saved them, and are yours to delete.
If the app's data behaviour changes, this page will be updated and the date above will change.

Geliştirici dosyalarınızı, içeriklerini, adlarını veya onlara dair herhangi bir bilgiyi hiçbir zaman almaz.

Onayın zorunlu olduğu bölgelerdeyseniz, uygulama ilk açılışta Google sertifikalı bir onay ekranı (Google User Messaging Platform) gösterir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamı buradan kabul edebilir veya reddedebilirsiniz. Onay verilmese de uygulama tam olarak çalışır; yalnızca reklam davranışı değişir.
Reklam kimliğinizi istediğiniz zaman sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz: Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar (menü adları üreticiye göre değişebilir).
Pro, tek seferlik bir satın almadır. Satın alma tamamen Google Play tarafından yürütülür. Geliştirici ödeme bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmez — kart numarası, fatura adresi, isim, hiçbiri. Uygulama yalnızca Google Play'e "bu Google hesabı bu ürüne sahip mi" diye sorar ve evet/hayır cevabını, Pro'nun çevrimdışı da çalışması için cihazınızda saklar.

Uygulamanın kendisi hassas izin istemez. Kameranıza, mikrofonunuza, konumunuza, rehberinize, SMS'lerinize veya arama geçmişinize erişmez; depolama izni de istemez. (Belge tarayıcının kamerasını, 2. bölümde anlatıldığı gibi Google Play Hizmetleri çalıştırır.)
Manifestte şu izinler görünür: faturalandırma izni tek seferlik satın almayı sunmak için gereklidir; geri kalanlar Google Mobile Ads SDK'sı tarafından tanımlanır — internet erişimi, ağ durumu, reklam kimliği, Android Ad Services izinleri, wake lock ve foreground service (SDK'nın kendi zamanlama kütüphanesi tanımlar). Bunların hiçbiri PDF işlevleri tarafından kullanılmaz.
Uygulama genel amaçlı bir araçtır ve 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Geliştirici, çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Geliştirici hakkınızda hiçbir veri tutmadığı için silinmesi gereken bir kayıt yoktur. Uygulamanın cihazınızda sakladığı her şeyi kaldırmak için uygulamayı silin veya Ayarlar → Uygulamalar → PDF Tools → Depolama → Verileri temizle yolunu izleyin. Kendi kaydettiğiniz dosyalar kaydettiğiniz yerde kalır; onları silmek size aittir.
Uygulamanın veri davranışı değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve yukarıdaki tarih değişir.
